Send back your empty refill pouches, finished skincare packaging and well-loved reusable tools, and we’ll recycle them through our in-house TerraCycle program.

If you would prefer a new bottle each time, this is how to return.
STEP 1 — CLEAN
Make sure your empty skincare bottles, refill pouches, reusable pads, brushes, headbands and canvas bags are clean and completely dry. Unfortunately, we cannot accept damp items.
STEP 2 — PACK
Place your clean, dry items into your original SABBIA box. Include your email address inside so we can send your 15% thank-you code once your return arrives.
Konjac Sponges don’t need to be returned — they’re home compostable.
STEP 3 — RETURN
Take your parcel to your local post office and send it to:
