Shipping Fees + Timeframes
Australian Domestic Orders
Standard domestic orders are sent using Australia Post and typically take 3-8 business days to arrive. Standard shipping fees apply or free for orders over $250.
Express domestic orders are sent using Australia Post and typically take 2-4 business days to arrive. Express shipping is $15.
International Orders
Standard international shipping (USA) typically takes 6-10 business days to arrive.
Standard international shipping (EU & UK) typically takes 4-12 business days to arrive.
Standard international orders are sent using Australia Post and typically take 6-20 business days to arrive. Standard international shipping fees are $20 for orders under $250 or free for orders over $250.

Shipping Information
Our warehouse operates Monday to Thursday. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.Please check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting to receive your tracking number/confirmation.We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order. All unclaimed / undeliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense. Sabbia Co is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended. Sabbia Co does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia
Customs Import Duty & Taxes
Please note that Sabbia CO is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
Returns Policy
Returns / Refunds
We (and the planet) are so grateful that you decided to simplify your skin care routine with Sabbia Co. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to the nature of our personal care products.
However, if there is a manufacturing fault with the product or if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, we would love to hear from you and help you resolve any issues. Please email sabbiasquad@sabbiaco.com
By finalising your order you are agreeing to these terms:
1. If you received a damaged item please ensure we are contacted within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
2. In the event that you have received an item with a minor fault, we will first attempt to replace or repair the item.
3. If you receive an item which is deemed by Sabbia Co as having a major fault. It is at the customers discretion to choose a replacement, store credit or a refund.
Preorder items cannot be canceled for a refunded due to change of mind or any other circumstance.
Preorder items can only be canceled for a refund if the timeframe of arrival is extended by more than 14 days from the original date advertised.
Sales
Sale / Peak Season
During sale periods or peak retail season all sales are final.
You can not cancel or adjust your order after it has been placed.
If you have incorrectly entered your address or personal details Sabbia Co is not responsible.
Please allow an additional 2 business days for your orders to be shipped in sale periods or peak retail season.
Shipping Protection
Claim Requirements & Time Frame(s)
Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the courier, where the status is not “delivered” must be filed no sooner than 10 days after the last checkpoint for domestic shipments (and 10 days for international shipments, but not later than 30 days from the last checkpoint).
Claims for packages marked by the courier as “delivered” must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by the courier as delivered.
Incorrect Address
If the customer inputs the correct address at checkout and the package is delivered to the wrong address, this is considered lost, and we will replace the order on behalf of the customer. As this is an error by the courier, a claim will need to be raised with the courier by the customer.
If the customer inputs the wrong address at the time of order, Sabbia Co Shipping Protection will not cover this.
Missing Packages
Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered as stolen and must be filed within 5 days of the “delivered” date. This ensures it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.
Return to Sender
Sometimes couriers cannot deliver the customer’s package due to the customer providing an invalid or undeliverable address or refusing a delivery. At this point, the courier will usually return the package to Sabbia Co. The customer’s package is not actually lost, thus Sabbia Co Shipping Protection does not cover this. If the package is not collected from the pick up location from the courier and is returned to Sabbia Co, it is at the customers expense that items are reshipped.
Sabbia Co Shipping Protection covers the customer’s order if the package gets lost in transit back to us. Claim Reporting timeframes apply.
