DELIVERY CYCLE:
Each product has been custom set to a delivery timeframe that is best for your skin results - analysed by Founder and Formulator Katie.
6 weeks option is for serum, oil, moisturiser, cleanser and mask.
9 weeks option is for bb cream, sunscreen and knojac sponges.
You have the ability to adjust when your order is due if you need your product sooner or delayed.

What happens if I haven’t used all my product before my subscription is due?
Our #sabbiasquad subscription times are curated to be delivered when you are due to run out of your skincare, if you use the product as directed.
However, if you need to bring your delivery earlier or push it back you can do so of logging into your account via our menu bar and clicking "manage subscription" anytime you like.

Term and conditions
You must provide 48 hours notice before your order goes through for order changes or cancellations.
A minimum of 3 subscription cycles is required.
If you want to cancel your subscription before completing the minimum 3 subscription cycle, you will need to pay the difference to the full price of the item and the value of any free gifts you received as promotion to exit the agreement.
Subscription Sale Orders / Old Pricing
When you place a subscription order during a sale period and lock in the further discounted rate, you cannot change the product or adjust your order. If you would like to, you renege on your further discount to the standard non-sale subscription price.
This also applies to locked-in pricing from the old subscription platform.
