We want to assist you in holistically healing your skin barrier so you look and feel confident in your skin. However, we understand that everyone’s skin is different which is why we offer a 90 day Satisfaction Guarantee for skin health improvement.

Please ensure you read & understand the terms below, as this is what will determine if you qualify for the Guarantee: 

How to qualify:

1. Complete a Skin Consultation and purchase the products recommended for you, based on your answers. 
* The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid if you purchase the recommended items from the Skin Consultation. This ensures that you're using the most suitable products that is most likely to get you the best results. 

2. Take pictures twice a week to monitor your progress including timestamps.

3. You have reached out to to get additional support if there has been no improvement in your skin concern before the 90 day period.
* The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid if you take action to troubleshoot skin purging or optimising your results before the 90 day period. 


If you meet the terms & conditions above and you want to opt for the Satisfaction Guarantee, here’s what you need to do:

1. Contact customer care at and supply your twice weekly time-stamped progress photos (this is required to move forward with the enquiry).

2. Once we receive your enquiry, one of our team members will respond with their recommendations within 1-3 business days.

3. If returning stock, it is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.

4. All refunds are processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

5. Depending on the original payment method, refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

Please note:

- To claim the guarantee a person must use the recommended skincare for a minimum of 60 days.

- Our ingredients for each of our products are all listed clearly on our website and it is your responsibility to read the ingredient list before you purchase our products. It is your responsibility to confirm that you have no known irritants, reactions or allergies to the ingredients. 

- The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid on symptoms of impaired skin barrier (dehydrated, mild breakouts and overall skin health). It does not apply to skin conditions that can be linked to poor overall health such as: Eczema, Acne, Rosacea, Psoriasis, Dermatitis, Fine Lines, Wrinkles, Age Spots, Milia, Skin Tags, Melasma/Pigmentation.

- The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid if you have shared all other skincare products and supplements you are taking as these can have a detrimental impact on your skin results. 

- The Satisfaction Guarantee is not valid if you are using additional actives or exfoliants that could be harming your skin barrier.

- The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for the Starter Skin Kit, Core Skin Kit & Ultimate Skin Kit. Plus any additional products recommended in your consultation.

- We must receive your enquiry within 90 days of the date you receive your order.

- The amount refunded will be less shipping.

- All refunds are processed excluding any shipping costs.

- The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for customers ordering directly from

- The Satisfaction Guarantee is not valid if you are purging as this is a sign of excess congestion coming out of the skin which is necessary and a sign the products are working to improve your overall skin health.

- Note to International Customers: Because duties and taxes are collected by the government in the country where the goods are received, we do not reimburse for these expenses.
