Morning Routine: Support, Hydrate, and Protect

Your morning routine should focus on hydration, barrier protection, and defending your skin against daily stressors like UV rays, blue light, and pollution.

If You’re Not Exercising in the Morning

  1. Rinse with Water:
    Skip the cleanser first thing — a gentle water rinse removes overnight build-up without stripping your barrier.

  2. Revive Face Mist:
    Spritz evenly over your face to hydrate and prep the skin. This boosts absorption for your next steps.

  3. Collagen C Serum:
    Apply 2 pumps to damp skin. Formulated with Hyaluronic Acid, it attracts water into the deeper layers of your skin, improving hydration, elasticity, and radiance.
    (Tip: Applying HA to dry skin can draw moisture out instead — always apply to slightly damp skin.)

  4. Brightening Niacinamide Serum:
    Use 2 pumps to balance oil production, refine pores, and even skin tone.

  5. Multi-Vitamin Moisturiser:
    Apply 2 pumps for lasting hydration and barrier repair.

  6. Antioxidant Repair Oil:
    Gently press 3–5 drops over your moisturiser to lock in hydration and protect against environmental stress.

  7. Mineral Daily Sun Shield (currently not in stock but coming back mid 2026 with a new packaging design) + BB Cream:
    Apply 2–4 pumps of SPF before sun exposure, and follow with 2–4 pumps of Mineral BB Cream for light coverage and protection.

If You Exercise in the Morning

  1. First Cleanse:

Weekly Add-Ons for Healthy, Balanced Skin

  • Matcha Clay Mask:
    Use 1–2 times a week to detoxify, calm redness, and rebalance oil production.
    For breakouts: use as a spot treatment for 2–3 consecutive days.

  • Hydrating Overnight Mask:
    Swap your evening moisturiser for 4–6 pumps of Multi-Vitamin Moisturiser 2–3 times a week for intense hydration and barrier repair.

  • Revive Face Mist Throughout the Day:
    Spritz anytime for a hydration boost and barrier protection.

Routine Tips for the Best Results

  • Wait 60 seconds between layering products to allow each formula to absorb.

  • Apply serums to damp skin for maximum hydration and absorption.

  • Do your PM routine at least 2 hours before bed to prevent product transfer onto your pillowcase.

  • Clean your Konjac Sponge weekly by soaking in hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes.

  • Wash your Removal Pads after every use with natural soap, and machine wash 1–2 times weekly.
