I have sensitive skin, what products should I use?
All of our skincare has been formulated for sensitive skin, our formulation goal is to repair your skin barrier. Having an impaired skin barrier is usually linked to sensitive skin.
If your skin is dry and sensitive the;
Skin Starter Kit | Matcha or My Ritual Kit | Matcha would be a great start.
You could also add the Antioxidant Repair Oil or if you have a bigger budget Ultimate Skin Kit Matcha is incredible.
I have oily / breakout prone skin, what products should I use?
Similar to above, all of our skincare has been formulated to support acne prone skin, our formulation goal is to repair your skin barrier. Having an impaired skin barrier can also cause breakouts. “Blemishes and acne flare-ups can be a sign of a damaged skin barrier, as the bacteria that causes acne is more easily able to penetrate the skin,” says Marisa Plescia, research scientist at NakedPoppy.
If your skin is dry and breaking out, use the products recommend for sensitive skin above.
If your skin is oily and breaking out;
Try the Skin Starter Kit | Charcoal or My Ritual Kit | Charcoal would be a great start.
Or if you have a bigger budget Ultimate Skin Kit Charcoal is incredible.
** Please shift your mindset from 'drying out your breakouts' to repairing and nourishing your skin barrier. Using drying/stripping products will only tell your body to create more oil, it's creating oil to heal your skin.
Which serum is best for me?
Collagen C Serum is our super hydrating, plumping, brightening, and protecting serum.
Brightening Niacinamide Serum is our brightening serum to soothe, rejuvenate, reduce breakouts, excess oil production and dark spots.
The 2 serums where formulated to be layered and used together as niacinamide boosts the effectiveness of other products.

Which mask is best for me?
Depending on your skin concern / goal.
Matcha Clay Mask is best for sensitive impaired sensitive skin.
Hero ingredients;
Organic Tasmanian Kelp Extract - packed full of antioxidant Vitamins A, B, C & E, Calcium, Zinc, Iron & an abundance of amino acids, which helps to repair skin barrier.
Matcha Green Tea - has high levels of EGCG and antioxidant properties that make it an incredibly soothing exfoliant, and perfect for targeting common skincare problems. It also assists in cooling and reducing redness.
Charcoal Adaptogen Mask is best for oily skin with large pores that is in need for a deep detox.
Hero ingredients;
Adaptogens are unique plants that look for stressors in the body and help to bring them back into balance. Ashwagandha, Gotu Kola and Reishi Mushrooms have potent healing properties. They assist in soothing skin concerns, puffiness, wrinkles and free radical damage, while also promoting cell regeneration.
Activated Coconut Charcoal effectively cleanses the skin, unclogs pores, removes deeper impurities, and dead skin cells. Activated Charcoal detoxifies the skin by drawing out bacteria, chemicals, dirt, heavy metals, and other micro particles.
** Both masks have White Australian Kaolin Clay - Kaolin has cleansing and detoxifying agents. Clay aids in drawing out toxins and impurities 100 x its own body weight, all while feeding the skin with nourishing nutrients.

Is the Mineral BB Cream one colour suits all?
At present our Mineral BB Cream comes in one universal shade and uses tinted minerals to allow the formulation to match and suit an array of skin types and shades. While this shade will suit 90% of skin tones, we know that isn’t enough. We are a universal and inclusive brand that is currently working on shades extensions.
Does the Mineral BB Cream or Moisturiser contain sunscreen (SPF)?
No, we do not believe in mixing SPF with products because it looses the SPF's integrity and effectiveness. It’s extremely important to apply your SPF as 1 individual products to ensure you are getting the best / highest level of protection.

Which konjac sponge (cleanse kit) is best for me?
Charcoal Cleanse Kit Bamboo Charcoal counteracts excess sebum & helps combat bacteria with its antioxidant properties. The addition of charcoal makes this the perfect sponge for oily, larger pores and breakout prone skin types.
Green Tea Cleanse Kit Green Tea soothes & helps combat bacteria with its antioxidant properties. The addition of green tea makes this the perfect sponge for sensitive, dull and tired skin types.
Turmeric Cleanse Kit Turmeric counteracts excess sebum & helps combat bacteria with its antioxidant properties.
** All konjac sponges will cleanse like nothing you have ever experienced, leaving the face fresh, glowing, and silky smooth. Whilst balancing the skin’s pH levels with its natural alkalinity.
