#1 - Wear Sunscreen
Did you know that 80% of wrinkles and signs of ageing are caused by sun damage?! That's why it is so important that you wear a good SPF 30+ sunscreen. Your sunscreen should be the last step in your skincare routine, but the first thing you put on before makeup! This ensures that your skin is getting the benefits of your morning skincare routine, without clogging up your pores with makeup.
When your skin is exposed to the sun without sunscreen, you are at risk of, winkles, pigmentation, loss of elasticity, skin texture changes, and of skin cancer. With sunscreen you put up a protective layer that stops the UVA and UVB rays from penetrating your skin - and means you're protected from the negative skin effects of the sun! So, if you're not already wearing sunscreen on the daily, find a sunscreen that you like and get ready to slip, slop, slap.

#4 Double Cleanse

The first cleanse is to remove your daily buildup of sunscreen, makeup and sweat, and the second cleanse is to treat and clean the skin.

#5 Eat Seasonal Fruits
Australian fruits are rich in antioxidants and are delicious natural sources of vitamin A, B, C and K. So if you're looking to reduce breakouts and brighten your skin this summer, fill your fridge up with mango, watermelon, grapes, and strawberries! A great way to get the benefits of summer fruits is to throw them into the blender, add some coconut water and mix to make a delicious smoothie!
