We are here to break down how you should be taking care of your skin daily, weekly & monthly. Your skincare routine doesn’t have to be overwhelming or a bore. This is a time out of your busy schedule to take time for yourself and to take care of yourself.
What do I need to do daily?
1. CLEANSE & MOISTURISE
Daily cleansing and moisturising are a must. Wash your face in cool water (yes cool, we aren’t burning our skin's outer layer with our nice hot showers) Washing your face in cool water will help reduce puffiness and hydrate your skin. To keep your skin hydrated and restored apply your moisturizer right after cleaning.
2. APPLY SPF
I know you hear this all the time but sun protection is so important and you shouldn’t miss a day without applying sunscreen. SPF is a key factor in anti-aging and keeping your skin youthful.
3. WASH TOUR FACE
I don’t care how tired you are at the end of your day taking off your makeup and washing your face is a must. Washing your face keeps your skin free of dirt and bacteria that sink into your pores.
What do I need to do weekly?
Even though you are cleansing your face daily, dead skin cells can build up on the surface of your skin. This results in textured, blemished and dull skin. It is important to gently cleanse your face weekly to keep your skin radiant.
2. FACE MASKFace masks give your skin an instant boost. Depending on what your skin needs there is a face mask that will give your skin all the love your skin needs.

What do I need to do monthly?
1. ASSESS YOUR SKINCARE PRODUCTS
Check on your skincare expiry dates. Unfortunately, skincare doesn’t last forever, it is important to check for expiry dates. The products that you have to scoop product our with your fingers are prone to contamination. These types of products are important to keep your eye on as they may course your skin to breakout.
2. SELF CHECK-IN
Check-in with your skin, as the seasons change, mood changes so does your skin. Access how your skin is and make any necessary changes that your skin needs.
