* 1 cup epsom salts
* 3 cups bicarbonate soda
* 3 cups washing soda
* 20-50 drops essential oil (optional, I use eucalyptus)

 

* Add everything to a bowl and mix.
* Store in air tight jar.
* Use 1/8-1/4 cup for each load. 

If you have sensitive skin skip the essential oil.
