What is aligned action?

Have you ever looked around you and thought about how things might take a different direction? You're not alone. We all go through stages of thinking about what's important in life. That's why I want to share with you some action steps that might help you to take more aligned action in your life.

Aligned action is the act of doing what you want to do and being in the right place at the right time. It is what allows you to fulfil your goals and be successful. Aligned actions will help you achieve the things that are important to you.

Tip one: Get clear on your goals and what you want to achieve in your life. Getting clear helps you to create the perfect foundation for achieving your goals and living the life that you have always dreamt of. Write your goals down and write them down in as much detail as possible. 

Tip two: Visualise! Visualise your life and your goals. You can do this by creating a mood board, meditation or journaling. 

Tip three: Start with the end in mind and work backwards from there. Always remember your WHY and what YOU want your life to be. Show up as the person you want to be. 

Tip four: Seek out mentors who are more experienced than you are and learn from them. These people will be able to guide you through the rough patches that life inevitably presents in its path towards wisdom, knowledge, and experience. If a mentor is a bit overwhelming there are many courses available that you can do on your own time. 

Tip five: Be patient and kind to yourself. Life is not linear but always come back to your goals. Know that your goals can change at any time, life changes and so do you. Aligned action comes from within, take care of yourself. 

Tip six: Get out of your comfort zone. You don’t grow when you are comfortable. The universe rewards you for taking bold action and getting uncomfortable. 

We hope that these tips help you to get back into alignment. Taking aligned action can sometimes be scary and overwhelming but there is no greater feeling than feeling yourself again.
